Bran Castle, also known as Dracula’s Castle, has a rich history spanning several centuries, evolving from a medieval fortress to a royal residence and later a popular tourist attraction. Built in the late 14th century, it initially served as a fortress to defend against Ottoman invasions and as a customs point. It later became a royal residence for Queen Marie of Romania and is now a museum.
